Operations Coordinator

Responsibilities:

• Conduct inspection and maintenance work of Company sites, display materials and facilities to make sure they are in good condition
• Assist in handling installation, maintenance and cleaning work
• Report of any unusual occurrence or damage if found and keep monitoring the status throughout the whole case
• Work in irregular hours including night time and holidays may be necessary
• Responsible for achieving the company standard for daily operation

Requirements:

• Diploma holder or above
• At least 1-2 year(s) experience in operation field
• Good command in Chinese and English
• Good team player with good communication and interpersonal skills
• Self-motivated, responsible and able to work under pressure

Project Executive

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate between internal and external parties on construction of outdoor advertising display
• Liaise closely with contractors, suppliers and structural consultants to prepare structural design and quotation in order to fulfill client’s requirement
• Provide support on project management including administrative works, on-site supervision, cost and quality control
• Review structural drawings and other engineering documents
• Prepare progress report and working schedule to clients
• 5 working days; overtime may be required during peak season

Requirements:

• High Diploma or above preferably in Civil Engineering or Building Engineering or related disciplines
• Minimum 2 years working experience on project management & site coordination
• Equip with Electrical works knowledge is an advantage
• Good communication and presentation skills
• Detail minded and able to work under tight schedule

Photographer

Descriptions:

• Photo shooting for our advertising media
• Deliver high quality snapshot photos according to the brand image
• Photo retouch for daily photos taken

Requirements:

• Diploma on photography / graphic design
• 1-2 years relevant experience
• Creative sense on cityscape / landscape photography is a MUST
• Proficiency on Adobe Photoshop and Lightroom
• Willing to work outdoor and occasionally at night time
• Self motivated and work independently
• Able to meet tight deadline under pressure
• Portfolio is required for arranging interview
• Fresh graduate will also be considered if have inspiring portfolio

Senior Designer

Descriptions:

• Provide leadership and art direction to designers' working on graphic design, sketching and photo-retouching for various project
• Generate new ideas or concepts for corporate advertising and different marketing activities
• Coordinate and support to all kinds of internal and external parties to ensure delivery of high quality work
• Support Design Manager in supervising the design team

Requirements:

• Higher Diploma/Degree in Graphic Design or a related disciplines is preferred
• At least 5 years of relevant experience
• Proficiency in MAC and design software including InDesign, Photoshop and Illustrator
• Knowledge in Web software as an advantage
• Able to multi-task with positive attitude and prioritize work to meet tight deadlines
• Good command of English and Cantonese
• Off-site work and factory visits are required
• Candidate with less experience will be considered as Designer
